Buddy

Rejected by his mother at an early age, Buddy was bottle fed by Henry, our farm manager, and now wins the award for friendliest sheep at Zigbone. He might not follow you to school or the ski slope like Mary's little lamb, but he does love his human friends.

Ziggy

Ziggy is  a heritage breed fainting billy goat who doesn't do much fainting, but oh, how he adores the lady goats at Zigbone. He is quite regal and really a gentleman goat. One day, Ziggy took it upon himself to book a vacation for Ginny and Genevieve Goat...here you can see these lady goats of leisure sunbathing  in the Swiss Alps of Sabillasville.

Barn cats

Over the years, 8 barn cats have joined our farm family. Some came by themselves and hung out until they were accepted. Some were dropped off at the end of our drive way. While they are feral, we love them and enjoy there distant but elegant presence.

Dena and Marijke

Dena and Marijke are the genius human animals who built a living, breathing home in the midst of historic civil war country. While it's true, they put all their eggs in one basket, you can see how just like Zigbone farm, how robust, diverse and creative this basket is.
